Import historical call data from Retell AI CSV exports

Select a CSV file exported from your Retell AI dashboard to import call history and applicant data
How to Export from Retell AI
  1. Log in to your Retell AI dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Call History page
  3. Click the "Export" button (usually in the top-right)
  4. Select your date range and export format (CSV)
  5. Download the CSV file
  6. Upload it here using the button above

What gets imported:

  • Call metadata (time, duration, status, phone numbers)
  • Applicant information (name, email, phone, employment details)
  • Call transcripts and notes

Note:

Duplicate calls (based on Call ID) will be automatically skipped. You can safely re-import the same file without creating duplicates.
